Welcome to the Year 4 class page. My name is Mr Barker, and I am thrilled to be teaching Year 4 this year!
We are excited to welcome you to another fantastic year of learning, discovery and achievement at St Michael & All Angels CE Primary School.
Year 4 is a year filled with opportunities for children to grow in confidence, develop greater independence and deepen their knowledge across the curriculum. Through engaging lessons, memorable experiences and exciting challenges, we encourage our children to be curious, resilient and enthusiastic learners who are ready to embrace every opportunity that comes their way.

2026 2027 Year 4 Information for Parents and Carers
***During the Summer term, our PSHCE topic is 'Growing and changing'. Within these lessons we will be learning about the changes that happen to the body during puberty, how to maintain personal hygiene and about changing emotions and feelings.
