Draft Policy Consultation - Sex and Relationship Education Policy
The above policy is being introduced to outline the aims of sex and relationship education across our school.
It is a requirement of implementing this policy that it is shared with parents, staff and governors for review and feedback.
As part of this consultation process, we are sharing the draft policy with all parents and carers. This is attached for your reference and review.
Please can I ask you read the draft below and provide any feedback, proposed amendments or changes to the Clerk to the Governing Body by e-mail at email@example.com by close of business on Thursday, July 19th 2018.
Once the consultation process has concluded, the Sex and Relationship Education policy will be available to view on the school website.
School policies cover every aspect of school life. Below are some of our most important policies for your reference. If you want a paper copy or to know about a policy that is not listed, please ask the school office.
New Government legislation comes into effect which changes the regulations about how any organisation records, stores and controls any personal data. Many of the concepts and principles are much the same as they were for the Data Protection Act (DPA).
Below you will find our Privacy Notices. The relevant letters sent home are available on the letters page. These along with some of the policies above should be able to give you any information that you need as we work towards compliance with the new regulations.
The school's Data Protection Officer (DPO) is currently Mrs Claire Berry.
