As a school community we have developed our own core values and behaviours for learning. Along with the 'British Values' they combine to underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens.
As part of our mission to promote positive well-being in school and intertwined with our school values, at St Michaels we have been embracing the ‘Growth Mindset’ approach to learning. Incorporating our school values children learn how our brains work and how new connections are formed when they try new things.
